About Rebecca |
 |
I am a veteran freelance writer with a long history of satisfied
customers. I refuse to lower my standards when it comes to
creating quality work and fulfilling my end of every business
agreement. Every piece I create is unique and written to
the same grammatical standards I teach my eighth grade students
every day.
I have a diverse background that serves me well in my present
writing career. My business degree came from one of the top
ranked business schools in the nation. I worked as a business
risk consultant in one of the (then) Big Five. I did a stint
as an accountant before finding my way into the classroom
where I am now certified in six subject areas. I completed
my Masters in Library Science in 2007.
I specialize in material related to home life, children,
teens and education, but have a diverse knowledge and experience
in many topics. I am the mother of two and have heavily researched
and experienced what it takes to be an effective modern parent.
I survived two immense pregnancies with two immensly healthy
and active boys to show for it. Yet I manage to keep my business,
wits and sense of humor intact. Parenting advice and information
is available through my blog, RealMom.net.
In addition to freelance writing, I run my own websites
and work with my husband’s company. I am familiar with
the complexities of the internet marketplace and know the
value of effective content.
